Because these things need to be said
I am in no way affiliated with Hasbro nor any other company contributing to or producing My Little Ponies
When I create your pony, after a design is agreed upon and I am ready to start work, half of the total cost for your pony is due before I can start work. This covers the majority of the cost of materials and acts as a deposit so that (hopefully) no one simply uses me for my design work. The final half is due when work is complete and before I ship your pony to you.
I am a full time mom of two young children. It may take some time to complete your order, however the amount of time it takes to make your pony will be proportional to the amount of work required to bring your pony to life. In all cases it will be a reasonable amount of time. If you need an order by a certain date, a rush fee may apply. Also, these guys aren't meant for the same amount of play as the regular MLPs. If a body color change is in order, it will be done with acrylic paints which WILL rub off with regular play. Gentle play and hair styling is fine, but please don't come back to me upset if your little one ruins the paint job because they decided their new pony was going to do battle with a tonka truck to save all of ponyville... :)
That being said, any sculpture work is going to be delicate. Unless your pony is going to be a shelf sitter, I wouldn't recommend any sculpting!
